NAMI New Hampshire seeks a Postvention Project Coordinator to lead the strategic expansion and implementation of Connect suicide postvention training and response services across New Hampshire’s recovery community. The role covers design, coordination, implementation, documentation, partnerships, deliverables, and reporting for a one-year project ensuring sustainable service delivery.

Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred; a BA with 5+ years of project coordination experience will be considered.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead a complex, multi-stakeholder postvention initiative across partners and settings.
Develop and manage a comprehensive project workplan and timelines.
Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, funders, and system leaders.
Collaborate with communications to support outreach, training, and reporting.
Coordinate and deliver postvention training and planning sessions.
Build implementation infrastructure and coordinate internal/external collaborators.
Develop data strategy and monitoring, translating findings for stakeholders.
