Job summary

DMI is seeking a Program Manager in Washington, DC to own delivery and accountability for Maintenance and Systems Administration services for House offices. You will act as the Authorized Contractor Representative, coordinate with the COR, and manage staffing, reporting, and subcontractor performance across nationwide district offices.

The role requires 8–10 years in IT service delivery or program management, experience with federal contracts, and proficiency in IT service management platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business management, or a related field.
• Eight to ten years of progressive IT service delivery or program management experience, including direct profit-and-loss or delivery accountability on a federal or legislative branch contract.
• Experience as contractor's named point of accountability to a government COR with formal status reporting and performance reviews.
• Experience managing SLAs across headquarters and distributed field locations.
• Experience with IT service management platforms (e.g., BMC Helix, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Authorized Contractor Representative (ACR) and liaison to COR with periodic status reports.
• Deliver monthly reports to COR covering network devices, data disposal, tickets, survey data, service changes, inventory, and software versions.
• Meet with COR monthly to review status, performance, and issues.
• Ensure adherence to response/resolution times and drive escalation/root-cause analysis when thresholds are at risk.
• Coordinate client changes, certify data removal, and report new serials.
