North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Corporate Systems Application Analyst in Sunrise, FL to support Conga CLM on the Salesforce platform. You will administer, configure, test, and continuously improve contract lifecycle processes, interfacing with Legal, Managed Care, and BT teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will translate business requirements into system configurations, support integrations with Dynamics, HubSpot, Phenom, and other apps, and help implement new features

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years supporting, administering, configuring, or implementing Conga CLM on Salesforce.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration knowledge (objects, fields, relationships, permissions, workflows, reporting).
• Experience configuring contract lifecycles: templates, clauses, workflows, approvals, contract data.
• Translate business requirements into application configurations and technical solutions.
• Experience with testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and production support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing administration, configuration, support, and maintenance of Conga CLM within Salesforce.
• Improve end-to-end contract lifecycle processes from creation to post-execution.
• Configure templates, clauses, approvals, and business rules; manage user access.
• Collaborate with Legal, Managed Care, BT teams, and vendors to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
• Drive deployment of new features, testing, UAT, and post-production support.
• Support integrations and data flows between Conga CLM and other enterprise apps.
