Job summary

Crystal Group is seeking an Assembler for Conformal Coat to join a fast-paced production team. You will assemble and coat circuit boards, prepare surfaces, and ensure precise application of conformal coatings using various methods including dipping, brushing, or machine coating.

The role requires reading process sheets and drawings, maintaining production records, and adhering to ESD and ISO standards in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• US Person required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• IPC certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed process sheets and drawings.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble circuit boards or sub-assemblies and apply conformal coating per instructions.
• Prepare surfaces, mix coating material, coat parts with machine, dip, or brush.
• Follow detailed process sheets and drawings and maintain accurate production records.
• Conform to ESD policy, safety practices, ISO procedures and FOD protections.
• Work in a controlled environment with solvents and coating materials.
