Job summary

Crystal Group, Inc. is hiring an Assembler, Boards to join our Operations team on-site in a manufacturing environment. You will primarily perform through-hole soldering, assemble PCBs in electronic devices, and assist with SMT line tasks as needed.

We expect precision, ability to read process sheets, and use microscopes and testing equipment. You will work with a team, follow safety and ISO procedures, and contribute to quality records and daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Must be US Person (US Citizen, PR or protected status).
• PCB soldering experience with attention to detail.
• Able to read and interpret process sheets/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Reads and follows process sheets and drawings.
• Solders components onto PCBs with precision.
• Inspects solder joints using testing equipment.
• Troubleshoots soldering defects and makes repairs.
• Sets up and operates soldering equipment and related machinery.
• Maintains production records and adheres to safety/ISO procedures.
• Assists in SMT line operation as needed.
