Responsibilities

• Review intake requests for new and existing matters for clarity and completeness.
• Analyze conflicts reports and conduct targeted research using internal systems and external databases.
• Prepare concise conflicts summaries for attorneys, highlighting issues and proposed resolutions.
• Draft and review conflict waivers and engagement letter provisions; follow through to completion.
• Establish and monitor information/ethical screens as required.
• Escalate unresolved or complex conflicts issues to senior conflicts leadership and the Office of General Counsel.
