Qualifications

• J.D. required; active DC or Ohio Bar membership or waiver eligibility.
• Strong judgment with legally complex, confidential information handling.
• Proven supervisory or leadership capabilities in a large law firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide contextual analysis and critical assessment of new business intake and conflicts materials.
• Oversee and guide conflicts team, including training and performance reviews.
• Manage ethical screens across multiple jurisdictions and ensure complete records.
• Coordinate with BIAC and attorneys to deliver timely, accurate clearance responses.
• Monitor conflicts trends and supervise coverage on weekends/holidays as needed.
