Competenze
- Experience in conflicts analysis within a law firm or legal setting.
- Strong knowledge of professional conduct rules.
- Experience with conflicts case law research.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Mansioni
- Analyze and process all conflict requests to ensure firm engagements are clear.
- Prepare searches and conflicts reports for related parties, including bulk scans.
- Identify existing and potential conflicts by reviewing reports and documents.
- Interact with partners to discuss issues and propose solutions for conflict clearances.
- Draft waivers and engagement letters as needed and maintain resolution notes.
