The role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflicts for firm engagements and hires, with responsibilities ranging from data-driven searches to drafting waivers and engagement letters.

Qualifications

Experience in conflicts analysis within a law firm or legal setting.
Strong knowledge of professional conduct rules.
Experience with conflicts case law research.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze and process all conflict requests to ensure firm engagements are clear.
Prepare searches and conflicts reports for related parties, including bulk scans.
Identify existing and potential conflicts by reviewing reports and documents.
Interact with partners to discuss issues and propose solutions for conflict clearances.
Draft waivers and engagement letters as needed and maintain resolution notes.
