Responsibilities
  • Handle conflict searches for new client and matter requests promptly.
  • Conduct detailed corporate research using various resources, analyzing recent press releases and historical data.
  • Review Intapp Open workflow requests thoroughly, ensuring key information is included.
  • Review Conflict Results Reports to identify potential conflicts based on guidelines.
  • Research to assess the materiality of potential conflicts.
  • Utilize the Conflicts Database and firm documents to resolve conflicts appropriately.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to clear conflicts of interest.
  • Communicate with managers about conflict resolution and concerns.
  • Document conflict resolution processes thoroughly.
  • Maintain contact with attorneys and staff regarding conflict matters.
  • Track the status of requests and handle special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; a 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Experience with Intapp is required.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently within deadlines.
  • Effective communication and professional interaction skills.
  • Analytical decision-making abilities for client/matter processing.
