Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Manufacturing Technician to improve and support the CTO/Configure to Order process for multiple products. The role requires in-office presence in a hybrid setting and close collaboration with Engineering, Production, and IT.

Responsibilities include implementing ECOs/DEVs, maintaining SOPs, supporting the NPI process with DFX analysis, and building/maintaining BOMs for configuration management. Strong communication with customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Associates degree; relevant experience accepted.
• Minimum 5+ years as Manufacturing Technician.
• 2+ years in manufacturing environment; CTO or system integration experience is a plus.
• College Graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Implement ECOs/DEVs and prepare/maintain appropriate documentation (SOPs, rework instructions, etc.).
• Support NPI process and provide DFX analysis.
• Work with IT in helping to develop and maintain the SFC system.
• Provide/define process requirements to related team members.
• Provide product configuration training to Production and QA departments.
• Create/maintain BOMs for configuration management.
• Support customer requests and assist with tours/audits of the production line.
