Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Associate degree with experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5+ years as Manufacturing Technician or related role.
• Strong communication skills required for customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement ECOs/DEVs and prepare/maintain SOPs and rework instructions.
• Support NPI process and provide DFX analysis.
• Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain the SFC system.
• Define process requirements for related teams.
• Provide configuration training to Production and QA.
• Create/maintain BOMs for configuration management.
• Assist with tours/audits of the production line.
