Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Manager to identify and report IT components, hardware, software, and related documentation, while maintaining all program data such as CDRLs and status reports.

The role emphasizes governance, version control, and executive reporting within DISA-related programs. The candidate should have substantial DoD/federal experience and a strong background in configuration management, documentation, and cybersecurity-related deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combined experience in configuration management, CDRL/DAL tracking, document control, version control, tech writing, and engineering documentation for federal/DoD programs.
• Experience supporting technical, cybersecurity, systems engineering, acquisition, or digital engineering deliverables preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related technical discipline; equivalent experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Identify, record, and report all IT components, hardware, software, and configuration files including their versions and item relationships.
• Establish, maintain, and administer all program data related to the Task Order (CDRLs, white papers, status/audit reports, agendas, minutes).
• Address technical inquiries and interface with outside distributors, customers, and support organizations for IT requirements issues.

Overview The Configuration Manager supports the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Business Systems Portfolio develop and integrate Agency business systems solutions, which includes systems that address key area such as personnel management, financial management, telecommunication services, contract management, and customer relations among other support services to the DISA mission.

Responsibilities

• Identify, record, and report all IT components, hardware, software, associated documentation, drawings, and configuration files, including their versions, specific components, and item relationships.
• Establish, maintain, and administer all program data related to this Task Order. The data shall include but not be limited to the following types of documents: CDRLs, White Papers, Status Reports, Audit Reports, Agendas, Presentation Materials, and Minutes.
• Address technical inquiries, perform research, and interface with outside distributors, customers, and support organizations for IT related requirement issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related technical discipline. Equivalent experience may substitute.
