Overview

VTG is seeking a Configuration Manager/Engineering Review Board Facilitator, located in Chantilly, Va.

What will you do?

The Junior Configuration Manager/Engineering Review Board (ERB) Facilitator provides engineering support to the enterprise customer. They need to coordinate amongst diverse stakeholders to ensure Requests for Change (RFCs) are written properly and are populated on the ERB agenda. They will also facilitate the ERB, ensuring stakeholder dispositions are recorded and presented to the chair. Decisions made by the chair concerning all RFCs are captured and entered into the configuration management system. This role ensures that satellite system baselines, engineering products, and technical changes are properly documented, reviewed, approved, and maintained throughout the program lifecycle. This position is ideal for an early-career professional interested in configuration management.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration Management

Pay Range:

VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $100,000 - $124,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
