Job summary

Vosper Thornycroft Group seeks a Configuration Manager/ERB Facilitator in Chantilly to support CM activities across satellite and ground systems. You will maintain baselines, review RFCs for impacts, and ensure dispositions are captured in the CM system.

You will coordinate ERB actions and prepare agendas, minutes, and status reports for stakeholders. The role requires a strong foundation in engineering documentation and configuration control, plus excellent organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 1–3 years in engineering support or configuration management.
• Understanding of engineering documentation and configuration control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Familiarity with systems engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Support CM activities for satellite and ground systems; maintain baselines and controlled documentation repositories.
• Review RFCs to identify cost and schedule impacts; ensure RFC dispositions are captured.
• Coordinate stakeholders to track ERB actions to closure; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Generate reports and metrics related to configuration status, document releases, and change activity.
