Job summary

Omitron-Inc is seeking a Configuration Manager in Colorado Springs, CO to own CM across the CROWN lifecycle, establishing baselines, change control, and auditability. You will work with systems engineering, cybersecurity, and operations to ensure configuration integrity from development through sustainment.

The role requires US citizenship, active TS/SCI clearance, and a minimum of 6 years in CM, with experience leading CM plans and Change Control Board processes. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in configuration management or equivalent.
• Experience developing and implementing CM plans, baselines, and change control for a complex program.
• Experience establishing or facilitating a Change Control Board (CCB).
• Strong coordination and documentation skills across multiple teams and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document CM life cycle, from planning to baselines and status accounting.
• Implement internal CM system for documentation, media, and components.
• Ensure CM practices cover engineering, implementation and testing environments.
• Establish and facilitate a Change Control Board (CCB) for reviews and approvals.
• Track configuration baselines for Prime Mission Product and COTS/FOSS components.
• Coordinate CM activities with Omitron and government stakeholders.
