Requirements include a STEM degree and 7+ years in CM, DevOps, or sysadmin roles within aerospace/defense, plus hands-on CM tools experience (Windchill, Jira) and strong communication skills.

As a Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and reporting on the accuracy and completeness of Configuration Item (CI) data. You will also manage the implementation, documentation, and approval of configuration changes, including leading Change Control Board (CCB) meetings. You will develop and enforce configuration management plans (CMPs), including defining, developing, and operating Configuration Management (CM) baselines.
