Job summary

Leidos Defense is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join a diverse team delivering solutions for defense and space programs. You will manage product design changes, ensure configuration identification, and author CM plans and related documents.

The role requires a 4-year degree and 4–8 years of experience, in-depth knowledge of PLM tools and BOMs, CAD/PDM systems, and strong document controls. On-site work 4+ days a week and eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• This position requires a 4-year degree in a relevant applicable field and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience; Additional education, experience or training will be considered in lieu of degree.
• Candidate must have detailed knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and BOMs.
• Experience with CM principles, documentation, and data control is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations.
• Lead CM tasks in creating/reviewing CM documentation and data in PLM systems.
• Write and maintain Configuration Management plans, project forms, and audit records.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams to support products throughout their lifecycle.
