Job summary

ITCON Services is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to enhance USDA FPAC IT Service Desk operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining configuration management processes for enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy, and aligning with ITIL standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in configuration management within an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Configuration and Change Management processes.
• Experience managing configuration baselines, CI relationships, and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain configuration management processes aligned with ITIL.
• Define, document, and manage configuration items within the CMDB.
• Perform regular configuration audits to ensure data accuracy.
