Employee Workplace in Sterling Heights, MI, seeks a Configuration Management Change Specialist to drive CM in complex programs. You will manage ECPs/CRs/COs/RFVs, prepare ECOs and ERRs, and ensure data integrity across CM processes.

The role requires a technical Bachelor's degree and 7+ years CM experience, plus 3+ years ERP/MRP exposure. Collaboration with engineering, logistics, and program teams is essential for success.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of configuration management, change management, or related technical experience.
• 3+ years of ERP/MRP system experience.
• Strong understanding of EBOM and MBOM structures and effectivity.
• Experience with Teamcenter preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.

We're seeking an experienced Configuration Management Change Specialist to support engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams by driving configuration control and change management processes in a fast-paced technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Change Requests (CRs), Change Orders (COs), and Requests for Variance (RFVs)
• Prepare Engineering Change Order (ECO) packages and Engineering Release Records (ERRs)
• Review documentation for accuracy, compliance, and release readiness
• Maintain configuration status accounting and product data integrity
• Track change activities through completion and approval workflows
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and configuration management best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, supply chain, and program teams
