Advantage Technical in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Configuration Management Change Specialist to drive configuration control across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain on high-impact, technically complex programs.

You will manage ECPs/CRs/COs/RFVs, prepare ECO packages and ERRs, review documentation for accuracy and release readiness, maintain configuration status accounting and data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CM best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of configuration or change management experience in a technical environment.
• 3+ years of ERP/MRP system experience.
• Strong EBOM/MBOM understanding and effectivity knowledge.
• Experience with Teamcenter preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking an experienced Configuration Management Change Specialist to support engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams by driving configuration control and change management processes in a fast-paced technical environment.

• Prepare Engineering Change Order (ECO) packages and Engineering Release Records (ERRs)
• Review documentation for accuracy, compliance, and release readiness

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and configuration management best practices
• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, supply chain, and program teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
