Job summary

A space hardware organization seeks an experienced Configuration Management professional to protect the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of product data across the hardware lifecycle.

The role is fully remote within the United States with about 25% travel, focusing on Arena PLM administration, EC/ECR management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in configuration management, PLM administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of configuration management principles and standards such as AS9100.
• Hands-on experience with Arena PLM and familiarity with aerospace or hardware environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Arena PLM item masters, BOMs, revisions, lifecycles, and engineering change objects such as ECOs, ECRs, and deviations.
• Manage document and engineering change processes, and maintain traceability across as-designed, as-built, and as-flown baselines.
• Train and support stakeholders on Arena workflows and configuration management processes.
