Job summary

Revolution Space is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to own the integrity of product data and the change control process across design, build, and flight stages. You will administer Arena PLM and enforce CM disciplines to ensure a single source of truth for engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The role emphasizes traceability, audit readiness, and collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and quality, with remote work and 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of configuration management or engineering data management experience.
• Bachelors degree in engineering or technical field.
• Hands-on Arena PLM administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration control in Arena PLM, including BOMs, revisions, and ECOs/ECRs.
• Process and track engineering change requests through review and approval.
• Audit part numbers and BOM structures for accuracy and traceability.
• Support ERB and CCB meetings; prepare packages and publish minutes.
• Develop CM procedures and naming conventions aligned with standards (AS9100).
• Support as-designed and as-built baselines for flight hardware.
