StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst, Senior in Patuxent River, MD. The Senior CM Analyst will manage data and configuration control for aircraft programs under NAVAIR, including tracking changes and supporting ECPs/TDs/RFVs.

Required is a MA/MS in a technical/ managerial field with extensive CM experience; substitution options exist for BA/BS or fewer years of experience. Citizenship and clearance requirements apply.

• Ability to work independently while managing emerging deadlines.

Experience Requirements

Education Requirements

• MA/MS degree in a business, management, or technical discipline.

Bachelors Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree.

Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Masters Degree.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $108,600.00 - $130,000.00. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates level of knowledge, education, experience and skill sets.
