As a Configuration Engineer I at Ursa Major, you will be an essential part of the team that ensures our hardware designs are correctly documented, traceable, and ready for release into manufacturing. This is an entry-level, individual contributor role intended for recent graduates or early-career engineers with a passion for technical organization, digital systems, and aerospace product development.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience working within our Windchill PLM platform, supporting engineering change processes, document control, and configuration accuracy of CAD and BOM data. You'll be closely mentored by experienced team members and play a key part in building and maintaining the digital foundation for Ursa’s hardware programs.
Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $72,000 - $90,000, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. What we can't quantify for you are the exciting challenges, supportive team, and amazing culture we enjoy.
