Position Summary

Insight Technology Solutions is currently seeking a Configuration Data Maintenance Manager (CDMM) to support Maintenance Standards (MS) development within the Fleet Logistics System (FLS) for Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) Stages I and II. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and standardized configuration and maintenance data that supports operational readiness and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of Maintenance Standards (MS) in FLS for OPC Stage I and II in accordance with the USCG statement of work (SOW), including the addition of Reoccurring Tasks to Maintenance Standards.
• Enrollment of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) — including Navy Type Navy Owned (NTNO), Navy Type Coast Guard Owned (NTCGO), and Coast Guard Type (CGT) — Maintenance Requirement Cards into FLS as MS.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of DeSpecC, Surface Maintenance Procedure Card Development Portal (SMDP), Naval Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC), and Fleet Logistics System (FLS).
• Review and audit the Maintenance Material Requirements Detail (MMRR), Maintenance Requirements List (MRL), Maintenance Requirements Tracker (MRL-T), Platform Load List (PLL), Surface Maintenance Procedure Card Development Portal (SMDP) Reports, and the Surface Technical Information Portal reports (STIP) Bi-Monthly reports.
• Collaborate closely with the Configuration Functional Lead (CFL) and the Surface Acquisition Logistics Center (SALC) Configuration Team to ensure Configuration Items (CI) and Configuration Item Functional Descriptions (CIFD) are accurate for proper CI and MS development.
• Attend monthly CDMM Meetingsand other meetings as needed.

Required Skills

• Possess Configuration Data Manager (CDM) and Configuration Data Maintenance Manager (CDMM) certifications.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the Fleet Logistics System (FLS) and U.S. Coast Guard configuration management policy.
• Familiarity with U.S. Coast Guard organization, policies, and procedures.
