Job summary

Garmin Ltd. seeks a full-time Configuration Control Specialist 2 in Miramar, FL to manage and lead changes across the product lifecycle. You will document, track and control changes, align quality systems with evolving business requirements, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and PLM/ERP system knowledge including Agile or similar tools, Excel, and Qlik.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Project lead for small projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of PLM software such as Agile or similar tools
• Solid understanding of supply chain, manufacturing processes and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Manage item master and ECO coordination activities
• Review ECOs for BOM updates and ERP effective dates
• Coordinate cross-functional process improvements
• Publish quality system procedures
• Perform system/process audits with the audit team
• Maintain confidentiality of product and process data
