Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related CM experience, or Master's with 1+ year.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with PLM and ERP/MRP data entry and management.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project documentation including drawings, specs, schedules, and changes.
• Review contracts to determine documentation requirements for each phase.
• Analyze design changes for impact on product and system.
• Coordinate and maintain modification records for management control.
• Establish change orders and prepare documentation for authorization.
• Audit configuration data and ensure compliance with baselines.
