Job summary

ACE Thermal Systems is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to drive CM activities across engineering programs. You will review drawings, load changes into the change control board, and document updates to ensure on-time, accurate production of our ECS products for aerospace applications.

Responsibilities include maintaining CM libraries, supporting baselines, and generating status accounting reports while ensuring compliance with CM standards and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field is highly preferred.
• 2 years of configuration management or engineering support experience is highly preferred.
• Beginning knowledge of configuration management practices and ITIL frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite required. Former use of Microsoft Visual is a plus.
• Ability to be on-site in Seminole, OK 5 days a week, during typical business hours is required.

• Review and prepare engineering change requests to ensure completeness and adherence to CM procedures.
• Maintain configuration libraries including source code, engineering documentation, and change request records.

• Support development and maintenance of configuration status accounting reports.
• Ensure documentation and configuration records remain accurate and properly controlled.
• Participate in audits and reviews to verify compliance with configuration management standards and procedures.
