Job summary

Switch is seeking an Administrator Configuration Management to maintain secure, reliable servers and endpoints across Windows, Linux, and macOS. You will manage configuration baselines, patching, and compliance while reducing risk and sharing knowledge with Service Desk.

Youll independently resolve complex issues, automate repeatable tasks, and participate in an on-call rotation. Strong AD/Azure AD, Intune/JamfPro experience and 4+ years in IT required.

Qualifications

• Youll have 4+ years in systems administration or configuration management.
• Hands-on Windows and Linux server administration experience.
• Experience with enterprise device management (Intune, Jamf Pro or similar).
• Proficient with AD and Azure AD environments.
• Experience patching, vulnerability remediation and hardening.
• Ability to automate repeatable tasks.
• Familiar with config management and package tools.
• Experience with ticketing and ITIL or ITSM processes.
• Nice to have: Microsoft 365/Intune/SharePoint Online experience.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints.
• Monitoring/alerting platform experience; security/compliance focus.
• Certifications: Jamf, CompTIA, or ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage patching and remediation across servers and endpoints.
• Configure and maintain baselines for Switch assets.
• Automate configuration, patching and endpoint tasks.
• Monitor compliance and resolve drift or gaps.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration and device-management issues.
• Document procedures, access controls and standards.
• Prioritize requests and communicate status clearly.
• Share knowledge with Service Desk to reduce escalations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for incidents.
