Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain leadership.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• ERP experience required; SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Self‑starter who can adapt to changing priorities and learn independently.
• Leadership experience with a hands‑on, collaborative management style.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
• Manage 2–3 direct reports in a working manager capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen operational processes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and material flow across the facility.
• Support domestic and international logistics, including imports and exports.
• Utilize ERP systems to improve reporting, inventory visibility, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

I'm partnering with a growing international manufacturer to identify a Logistics & Warehouse Manager for a newly created leadership role designed to elevate logistics operations, improve systems, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.

This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving operational challenges, and building structure within a manufacturing environment. You'll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations while partnering closely with production and cross‑functional teams.
