Job summary

Nbutexas in Hawaii is seeking a Conference Services Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute group events and conferences on a luxury property. You will act as the main liaison between clients and hotel departments to ensure flawless experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years in conference services or hotel operations, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and CMP a plus; Salesforce experience and basic A/V knowledge are a plus, plus a Forbes/4-star environment exposure.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of conference services, catering, or hotel experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CMP certification a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and basic A/V knowledge is a plus.
• Must have experience working in Forbes or AAA rated property of at least 4 Stars or 4 Diamonds.

Conference Services Manager Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
