Job Details

• Position: Full-time Conference Services Attendant
• Location: Capital One - 1600 Capital One Drive North, McLean, VA 22102 (online applications only)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 11:00 pm
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
• Customer service experience required

Job Summary

Ensure all meeting rooms and public areas are maintained to a high professional standard and meet all meeting requirements before start times.

Responsibilities

1. Set up tables, chairs, linens, and supplies for events.
2. Prepare rooms with necessary materials and refresh them between meetings.
3. Provide prompt service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
4. Assist with conference room readiness, including basic AV equipment.
5. Maintain inventory and perform site inspections.
6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Customer service or houseman/porter experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
