Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAM logistics coordinator to manage the end-to-end planning of Strategic Account Meetings for C-level clients and prospects.

You will oversee scheduling, resources, and onsite logistics, ensuring a seamless experience across stakeholders, including partnerships and internal teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with travel up to 10-15% and a hybrid work pattern (office twice a week).

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics, scheduling and execution of Strategic Account Meetings.
• Deliver exceptional experience for C-Level clients and prospects.
• Communicate and collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Set up and maintain SAM tracker, submission forms and resources.
• Plan capacity and allocate analyst resources effectively.
• Coordinate staffing, signage and space with the operations team.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Ensure analyst alignment with stakeholders; travel to events.
• Handle onsite scheduling/logistics and expense management.
• Perform post-conference data analysis and support One-on-One programs.

Job description

What you will do:

• Manage the logistics, scheduling and execution of Strategic Account Meetings
• Deliver an exceptional experience for our C-Level Clients and Prospects having a Strategic Account Meeting
• Effectively communicate, collaborate, and maintain relationships with various partners and stakeholders including Strategic Partnerships, CES, BTI, Logistics, CJB, Sales Ops & Sales & Services
• Set up and maintain SAM tracker, submission forms and resources for each conference
• Continuous capacity planning, ensuring analyst resource is utilized effectively
• Work with the operations team on staffing, signage and space requirements
• Manage stakeholder communications ensuring all internal and external queries have been answered in a timely manner
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful analyst alignment
• Travel to in person conferences and manage overall logistics and check-in for SAM
• Point person for any onsite scheduling or logistics for SAM
• Adhere to expense management practices
• Complete all post conference data analysis of SAM
• Work in a hybrid work environment in office twice a week
• Support wider team with One-on-One Program delivery

What do we offer?

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 74,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.

In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
