Eurest at Bank of America in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Conference Services Attendant (full time) to maintain meeting rooms and public areas in a professional state. The role supports event setup, room readiness, and guest assistance with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities include arranging tables, chairs, linens, and materials, coordinating with teams, and ensuring all rooms are stocked and ready for meetings.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or houseman/porter experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Moves and places tables, chairs, and supply linens for events.
• Sets up items not included in the room (flipcharts, whiteboard, screens).
• Assists with conference room readiness to ensure proper materials are available.
• Provides prompt and detailed service as scheduled or requested.
• Maintains phone and email communication with clients, guests, team members, and support departments.
• Assists clients and visitors with directions and escorts to conference rooms.
• Communicates with co-workers and service partners to share updated information.
• Offers room setup recommendations and helps solve setup challenges.
• COnducts weekly site inspections and coordinates needed service.
• Assists with basic audio visual equipment as needed.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and notifies for restocking.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
