Rapport in Salt Lake City seeks a Conference Center Manager to lead daily hospitality operations, oversee events, and manage guest services. You will supervise the Conference Center team and Workplace Ambassador staff, partnering with clients and internal teams to maintain service excellence.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service, with CMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service.
• CMP certification is preferred and may be advantageous.
• Ability to lead and develop multiple teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, schedule, and develop Conference Center and Guest Service teams.
• Ensure staff coverage aligns with daily business and events.
• Coordinate new-hire training, ongoing development, and compliance training.
• Oversee conference center operations, including event coordination and guest services.
• Plan and execute meetings, managed events, and high-profile functions.
• Maintain accurate catering and billing information in Reservations systems.
