Job summary

Wilbur Chocolate Store in Lititz, PA is seeking a Specialty Candy Maker for a full-time hourly position at $19 per hour with rotating shifts. The role involves producing kitchen products such as molding, dipping, confectionery centers, fudge, and packing finished goods on a production line.

Responsibilities include following safety rules, maintaining a clean workspace, operating equipment, and completing FSQR documentation.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for 8 hours and work overtime including nights/weekends.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal/written).

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and maintain compliance at all times.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and production environment.
• Operate candy production tasks (molding, dipping, confectionery centers, fudge, packing) per plans.
• Process customer special order requests as needed.
• Set up production equipment and maintain a clean production environment daily; complete FSQR documentation.
• Read and understand a weight scale.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
