Job summary

Torrey Holistics in North Canton, OH, seeks a weekend electrical installation technician to join our manufacturing team. You will install devices, bend conduit, pull wires and wire to NEC specs, while following safety and quality guidelines.

This role emphasizes hands-on, detail-oriented work, with physical readiness and ability to read blueprints. Expect Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., weekly pay and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic command of English, written and spoken.
• Basic math competency.
• Experience with air, hand, and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and manufacturing policies to keep production compliant.
• Use standard work instructions to ensure quality and compliance.
• Install devices such as disconnects, lights, panel boards, transformers, and VFDs.
• Bend, route, and install EMT and Rigid conduit; install wireway and cable tray.
• Pull wire and large cables; cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires.
• Wire to NEC specifications and read drawings/blueprints.

Ready to build power systems in just three shifts a week?Workweek: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. You’ll enjoy 3 days on, 4 days off. Perks: Weekly pay and full benefits starting your first day.Is this you?Safety-first mindset and a knack for following procedures.Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proud of clean, organized work.Comfortable working overhead, on ladders, and in tight spaces.Motivated by quality—spotting and calling out potential issues early.What you’ll work onAdhere to all safety and manufacturing policies to keep production consistent and incident-free.Use standard work/process instructions to ensure quality and compliance.Install devices such as disconnects, lights, panel boards, transformers, battery chargers, lighting contactors, and VFDs.Bend, route, and install EMT and Rigid conduit; install wireway and cable tray.Pull wire and large cable; cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires.Wire to spec using the NEC Manual as guidance.Pitch in with other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.Physical requirementsLift up to 50 lbs occasionally.Stand continually during shifts.Frequently climb and work from ladders.Work overhead continuously.Operate in cramped quarters as needed.Basic qualificationsHigh school diploma or GED plus 1+ year of relevant manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.Basic command of English, written and spoken.Must-have skillsBasic math competency.Experience with air, hand, and power tools.General mechanical aptitude.Accurate tape measure reading.Nice-to-havesConduit bending using a GB Sidewinder style bender (EMT and Rigid).Background installing cable tray and wireway.Wire crimping and termination experience.Ability to read drawings/blueprints.Working understanding of electricity, circuits, and common components (panel boards, transformers, disconnects, terminal blocks, relays, lighting contactors, etc.).Introductory exposure to the NEC.ProficienciesEquipment Installation & WiringBlueprint ReadingAnswer “yes” to most of the above?
