Job summary

Gregory Construction is looking for skilled conduit installers to join our team on commercial and industrial projects. You will read blueprints, bend and install conduit, and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes to deliver high-quality, safe work on mission-critical facilities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of conduit installation experience, familiarity with bending tools, and a strong focus on safety. Experience in data centers or similar high-reliability environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of conduit installation experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of conduit installation and NEC requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with conduit bending tools, threading machines, and related equipment.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
• Able to work in physically demanding environments (heights, tight spaces, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Install EMT, rigid, and flexible conduit systems per project specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout drawings.
• Bend, cut, thread, and assemble conduit using hand and power tools.
• Support pulling wire and cable through conduit systems.
• Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Work closely with foremen, electricians, and other crew members.
• Maintain safe work practices on active job sites.
• Document work progress and report any issues or changes from plans.
• Work in mission critical environments where precision and reliability matter.
