Job summary

Campbell Property Management is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role oversees day-to-day maintenance of the condominium property, supervises staff, and coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance.

The position requires bilingual capability and a schedule of Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm with a pay rate of $27-$30 DOE. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing work orders, conducting inspections, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring safety and compliance

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and oversee the daily activities of maintenance and engineering staff.
• Assign work orders and ensure maintenance requests are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of the building, common areas, mechanical rooms, amenities, and grounds.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for building equipment and systems.
• Monitor operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, irrigation, lighting, elevators, fire/life-safety systems, and other building systems.
• Perform or oversee routine repairs and maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Obtain estimates when necessary and assist management with evaluating repair and maintenance needs.
