Job summary

Campbell Property Management seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale to oversee daily condominium maintenance, supervise staff, coordinate preventive work, and respond to resident requests. You will ensure safe, clean, and operational conditions across common areas and building systems.

Ideal candidates will provide hands-on leadership, schedule inspections, and coordinate with contractors. Pay ranges from $27 to $30 per hour DOE for a full-time, Mon-Fri role in Fort Lauderdale.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and oversee the daily activities of maintenance and engineering staff.
• Assign work orders and ensure maintenance requests are completed accurately and timely.
• Conduct regular inspections of building, common areas, mechanical rooms, amenities, and grounds.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for equipment and systems.
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, irrigation, lighting, elevators, and fire/life-safety systems.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and services.
