Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Security Manager for a high-end condominium in Bal Harbour Village, FL. You will oversee daily operations of the security team, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with local agencies to ensure resident safety.

Responsibilities include developing safety and emergency plans, managing budgets, maintaining logs, and training staff to a professional standard. This role requires a high school diploma, a valid Security D License, and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CLSS (Certified Lodging Security Supervisor) with AHLA within 90 days of hire.
• Must have a valid Security D License.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two years’ experience in managing Security department staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Security staff.
• Recommend and implement procedural changes.
• Manage budget and expenses within approved budget constraints.
• Develop safety, security and emergency plans for the condominium association.
• Maintain professional appearance in uniform.
• Maintain positive guest relations and customer service.
