The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Montana. This hands-on role covers condo and HOA areas, with compensation between $27 and $30 per hour depending on experience.

Perks include $50 room discounts at our properties and rates for spa, restaurant, and retail services. As a Condo Maintenance Technician, you will perform inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance of common areas, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
• 2+ years in a similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts, weekends, or after-hours emergencies when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of common areas, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents or property management.
• Complete repairs involving carpentry, drywall, painting, minor appliance servicing, and basic plumbing/electrical work.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in shared spaces such as lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, and pool areas.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or inspections.
• Ensure all work complies with safety codes, building regulations and company policies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, inventory, and work orders.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:

We are seeking a skilled andreliable Condo Maintenance Technician to join our propertymanagement team. This role is responsible for the upkeep, repair, andgeneral maintenance of condominium facilities, ensuring a safe,functional, and visually appealing environment for residents and guests.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performroutine inspections and preventative maintenance of commonareas, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Respondpromptly to maintenance requests and emergencies from residentsor property management.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Qualifications:

• Workingknowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to readblueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

• Excellentcommunication and customer service skills.
• Ability to workindependently and manage time effectively.

EDUCATION
