Job summary

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our condo and HOA team in Whitefish, MT. The role offers an hourly wage of $27–$30 DOE and requires reliable, independent work with after-hours flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certs are a plus.
• 2+ years in property or building maintenance; residential/multi-family setting preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and maintenance manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance of common areas and systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies from residents or management.
• Complete repairs in carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical work.
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, and pools.
• Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs and inspections.
• Keep accurate records of tasks, repairs, inventory and work orders.
