Job summary

Jay Peak Resort is seeking a dependable Condo Housekeeping Delivery Driver to support daily operations by delivering linens and amenities to condo units and assisting the housekeeping team. You will drive a company vehicle on-site, stock supplies, and perform unit checks to ensure guest accommodations meet quality standards.

This winter resort role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer service for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

In addition, the Condo Delivery Driver monitors housekeeping requests throughout a guests stay to deliver amenities as requested to support positive guest experiences.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned) • Driving a company vehicle on-site as needed to deliver guest amenities upon request.Transporting linens to/from laundry/storage areas as needed.Delivering operational items to condo units in preparation for daily housekeeping efforts.Supporting quality assurance through performing unit arrival and departure checks to ensure guest accommodations are up to quality standards and properly prepared for guest occupancy.Stocking vehicles and storage areas with linens & cleaning supplies as needed.Requires that employees go in and out of vehicles and buildings on a frequent basis in many weather conditions, summer, and winter.Have a professional and courteous attitude towards guests, other employees, and the general public at all times.Typical shifts start around 8am and ends around 4pm.Other duties as assigned by supervisor, which could be directly related, or un-related to original position.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job does not have supervisory responsibilities.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.RESORT CONDITIONSThis is a Winter Resort Area. It requires that work venues are varied, and in many cases include steep stairways, multilevel buildings and outdoor work areas, subject to very cold, sometimes wet or very sunny work sites. Some facilities are located at the base or bottom area and some are semi-remote and can only be reached by traveling via chair lift(s), skis or snowboards. Walking surfaces are frequently frozen, sloped and slippery. Proper footwear is a must, indoors and out. Work days and hours, as well as the number of hours required will vary, with an emphasis on weekends and holidays.
