Job summary

AKAM is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a high-rise condominium's common areas. This role involves indoor and outdoor work, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobby areas, restrooms, trash disposal, elevator interiors, and assisting with occasional deep cleaning or seasonal tasks. Evening and seasonal requirements may apply; schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years housekeeping or custodial experience in residential or hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, products and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Clean lobby, hallways, elevators, stairs, and shared spaces.
• Regularly clean restrooms, locker rooms, and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle trash and recycling, ensure bins and waste areas are orderly.
• Clean elevator interiors, doors, and lobby; keep entryways neat.
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks and seasonal projects.
• Assist residents with small housekeeping requests and urgent cleaning needs.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment or maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines in high-traffic areas.
