Seacrest Southwest on Vanderbilt Beach is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented part-time on-site housekeeping/janitorial team member to clean two condominium buildings and surrounding common areas.

The role requires proactive attention to cleanliness, ability to work independently, and good communication with residents and management. Schedule around 20 hours weekly, with pay between $20 and $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial or housekeeping preferred.
• Able to work independently and stay motivated.
• Live within approx. 15 miles of the Naples community.
• Successful background check and drug screening as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, entrances, hallways and exterior breezeways.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop common-area floors.
• Clean stairwells, stairs and landings.
• Clean elevator cabs, doors and tracks.
• Remove debris from common areas and elevator entrances.
• Maintain trash and recycling rooms.
• Clean designated garage areas and doors.
• Maintain pool deck, cabana and surrounding areas.
• Clean designated glass doors and surfaces.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Perform periodic deeper-cleaning projects as assigned.
