Job summary

SEACREST SOUTHWEST is seeking a Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across designated areas. This part-time role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00am–10:00am, supporting a safe and healthy work environment.

The ideal candidate has at least a year of cleaning experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently with minimal supervision. A Florida driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Experience in commercial or residential cleaning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceilings, restrooms, and floors.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities and document results.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as needed.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms and cooperate with staff following safety regulations.
