Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Concurrent Enrollment Program Coordinator to support the partnership between local school districts and CMC campuses. This role coordinates enrollment, testing, and related duties, and helps identify opportunities for students to participate in concurrent enrollment programs.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, with strong communication skills.
Under the general supervision of a designated supervisor, the Concurrent Enrollment Program Coordinator supports the Concurrent Enrollment program in their local district. The primary role is to support the partnership between the local school districts (LEPs/Local Education Providers) and CMC campuses, build relationships with school district personnel, coordinate all aspects of the Concurrent Enrollment program between the LEPs and CMC, identify concurrent enrollment opportunities for students, and coordinate enrollment, testing, and related duties.
Education and experience necessary to meet the rigors of the position. Examples may include a Bachelor’s Degree and two years related experience, or equivalent education and experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skill and abilities to perform the functions of the position.
Special skills or abilities which are directly applicable to the position: basic technology applications; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties; experience with organizing and coordinating events; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; computer skills and proficiency with common software such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge of procedures and equipment, current office practices, concurrent enrollment programs, placement procedures and requirements, LEP and college operations designed, familiarity with academic, transfers and career advising.

Hiring range = $68,494.40 – $76,107.20 ($32.93 – $36.59 hourly) annual salary depending upon a combination of education and experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Pet insurance, retirement contribution, tuition reimbursement, annual & sick time, mental health resources, healthy lifestyle benefits, affordable transitional housing may be available to the successful candidate based on eligibility and availability, relocation if applicable. CMC utilizes a wage progression compensation model that accounts for a candidate’s skill and experience. Although a salary range is listed, salary will be set commensurate with the successful candidate’s qualifications and in compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
