Job summary

The Squires Group, Inc. is seeking a Concur Training Consultant to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that enhance user knowledge and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging materials and facilitate learning sessions.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in federal government or commercial settings, plus experience with ADDIE and training delivery both virtually and in-person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of federal government or commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs including instructor-led courses and virtual workshops.
• Apply ADDIE to analyze needs, design solutions, develop materials, implement training, and evaluate effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain instructor materials, participant guides, and course evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to identify training requirements and learn solutions.
• Support training related to SAP Concur, WalkMe, and Federal Travel Regulations.
