Job summary

Genesis Consulting Partners, LLC in the United States seeks an experienced SAP Concur Training Lead for a public sector client. You will configure, deliver, and support SAP Concur solutions while applying Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe methodologies to build effective end-user training.

Key responsibilities include developing training plans, content, assessments, and Train-The-Trainer sessions; partnering with stakeholders, and delivering engaging curricula with a focus on adult learning

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years SAP Concur end-user training in a client setting.
• Expert knowledge in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience conducting training needs assessments and end-user guides.
• Experience with Articulate or similar platforms on SAP Concur projects.
• Professional services or Big 4 consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Develop a complete SAP Concur end-user training plan and curriculum.
• Identify and develop End User Training Content for customers based on best content medium.
• Prepare and build training content in Articulate 360.
• Conduct training needs assessments with stakeholders and review LMS requirements.
• Work with the customer on instructional design and content authoring approaches.
• Create and implement education programs that reflect Adult Learning Principles.
• Plan, design, develop, and edit instructor-led content and eLearning storyboards.
• Develop course objectives and design plans from assessment results.
• Interview SMEs and clients to design blended education solutions.
• Develop evaluation measures including knowledge checks and tests.
• Create training materials based on Training Plan and content roles.
• Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions and expand to delivery if needed.
• Provide application knowledge and industry expertise.
• Build and maintain client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Status reporting, issue identification, and problem-solving.
